Carrington Lab

I am a USDA/NIFA postdoctoral fellow working in the Carrington lab at the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center. I work primarily with the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana and a close relative Camelina sativa, a plant with potential uses for biofuel and synthetic biology. I also collaborate on projects working with Setaria viridis (green millet), Setaria italica (foxtail millet), Brachypodium distachyon, and Manihot esculenta (cassava). Most of my work is done at the computer analyzing gene and small RNA expression data or plant phenotype data captured by robotic imaging.
